About me

Creating scalable and innovative experiences in digital products has always been a passion I strive for. With the human-centric approach at the core of my principles, I try to emphatically change into any users perspective and behaviour. Uncovering insights and shaping scalable & innovative products based on a process of exploration and investigation.

Currently I'm working as User Interface Designer at Bosch Siemens Home Appliances, shaping innovative and IoT connected products, that combine the physical and digital world.

Student Employee & Tutor for Multimedia Programming

As a tutor for the course Multimedia Programming I taught young students the basics of web programming with JavaScript. I really raised my teaching skillset.

I teached the new design students the basics of design tools (e.g.Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and helped them creating firstexperiences within the faculty. It was my first teaching experien-ce which I really enjoyed and set my basis for the speaker andteaching experiences later on.

Sharing my experience

Further education is important. I'm a certificated Lego Serious Play® Facilitator and UX Designer. But I also love to share the experiences and skills I gained in the industry of UX & Product Design to other colleagues.

It started as a Tutor in my studies when I realized I am quite good in transferring knowledge to people in an understandable and entertaining way. Not only learning for myself but also pass on knowledge to others gathered my interest in always challenging the status quo.

After my studies I continued with that passion, so I started to not only attend but also speak at conferences and in the university. I held lectures in various UX fields, spoke at various congresses (Rocketeer, TEA, Big&Growing, SparksCon). I strongly believe in what also helped me in this new field of business: Motivation comes from best practice examples. I am in the lucky position to be able to share those practices, and that's why I want to continue with that!
